So how does the booking process work?
Let's break it down...
Step 1- Schedule a Call
To get started, you'll schedule a call or meeting through our online scheduler. On this call, we aim to dive into the goals you have for your brand and discuss the best steps in getting there. If you're unsure of what you're exactly looking for, that's no problem! That's what we're here for. During our brainstorm, we can provide the most beneficial options for your customized photo-video experience.
Step 2- Receive an Email Proposal
After our call, we will send you an email with a detailed summary of what we discussed on our call. We will answer any questions & final quotes based on the context of our conversation, and highlight the main information for you to consider.
Step 3- Sign the Contract & Invoice
Yay! Everything in the proposal looked great to you. You will reply to the email with confirmation that you're to move forward with planning your shoot. Once we receive this confirmation & approximate day you're looking to have your shoot, we will send you your contract & invoice. One half of your invoice will be due upon signing the contract. Then you're officially booked!
Step 4- Pre-Shoot Planning
Prior to your shoot, we will schedule another brainstorm call to iron out all the details regarding your shoot. This point of this call is to ensure we will be representing you and your brand exactly how you want, and confirm any shoot-day logistics. During the weeks/days leading up to your shoot, our communication will be detailed & clear in order to keep you in the loop and maintain your content expectations.
What the communication process may look like...
-Sending you location options for approval. -Confirming which services/products you want featured
-What you will need to bring to the shoot. -Sending you options of hired models for approval
-What you will be wearing to the shoot. -Sending us a shot list of specific must have photos, etc.
Step 5- The Shoot!
During a personal branding session, our main focus is showing you off.
Expect a fun & comfortable day where we capture all the content you need. If you're not used to being in front of the camera, have no worries. We will guide you through our favorite poses & angles so none of the stress will fall on you!
Step 6- Choosing your photos
Within 1 week of your shoot, we will send you a gallery of the unfinished, unretouched photos/videos for your first round approval. Based on our quote and service, we will confirm your selected photos & approve your gallery. This process will vary depending on size of package.
Step 7- Receiving your final photos
Woo! Your photos are ready! You will receive a gallery of your final edited digital images (and/or videos) within 2-3 weeks of the final confirmation/selection. In this gallery will be a variety of crops for each photo that we deliver. We will also provide both the full-size file version, & the social media file size version for each photo as well.
Step 8- Feedback
After our shoot, we will send you an email where you'll be able to write us a review about your experience. If you'd like to work with Zorgi in the future, we can discuss our client retainer options.
